"You will regret it in the long run. Quality of screws and bolts are awful too."
I bought an expensive bath, slipper bath and there was no waste, which I was happy to buy but the waste hole was a diameter that was not standard. So they provided a plastic rubber waste. But no metal waste is available, yet they still do not advertise that the waste will be a problem and they still stick the bath. Also I bought a shower screen that was listed adjustable to increase an extra 2 cm on each side but that also was untrue as the extention would require a 7mm overlap on each side to actually pit a screw through to fix it. However they kept denying that and refused to understand the very fact you would need an overlap to put a screw through so that the join is held in place (common sense).
we couldnt take it apart because the crews and bolts are really bad and would crack the screen. The customer service is actually useless and prefers to go around in circles purposely so you end up giving up, because the response is instant and must be AI. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I ordered from Mano Mano and, for once, the item actually looked like the pictures. i’m annoyed that this is even something customers have to worry about, because so many sellers use photos that make things look totally different. But this time the colour and size were right, and there were no nasty surprises when it arrived. Happy with it overall and I’d use them again.

I ended up relying on the customer reviews to make my decision, they were really helpful. The main thing that annoyed me was how unclear some of the communication was elsewhere, so hearing from actual customers made things a lot easier to figure out.

I had a problem with an order and ended up having to escalate the dispute, because obviously that’s everyone’s favorite hobby. I wasn’t expecting much, but ManoMano actually got back to me quickly and helped sort it out. There was a bit of back and forth, because apparently nothing can ever be too simple, but I ended up with a fair result. Overall, I’m happy with how they handled it.

I ordered a garden storage box and, to be fair, it was exactly like the photos and the measurements were spot on. No weird surprises when it finally turned up, which is all I wanted. The only frustrating part was waiting for it to arrive, but once it got here, I was happy with it

I found manomano.co.uk simple to get around overall. The search seemed to work well, and the filters helped me narrow things down fairly quickly, so I didn’t have to keep clicking around too much.
The product pages were clear enough, and checkout was straightforward as well. I don’t think anything confusing or annoying came up for me, so it was just a fairly easy website to use. I’d be happy to use it again

"Helpful support when my order wasn’t quite right"
Had a bit of an issue with my delivery because one part was missing from the box. I got in touch with ManoMano after-sales and, to be honest, I was expecting it to turn into a bit of a hassle.
They got back to me quickly and sorted it out with the seller without any arguing or back and forth. A replacement part arrived a few days later, so you end up feeling like the support is actually there when you need it. I’d happily use them again.

"Warranty sorted, though the messaging could’ve been clearer"
My item started having issues after a few months, so I contacted ManoMano about the warranty. It did get sorted quickly in the end, but I’ll admit the communication was a bit unclear at times and I had to send a couple of messages to figure out what was actually happening. Still, once it got moving, they kept me updated and sorted the warranty without much hassle. Overall, I’m happy with the support.
