I accidentally ordered something that may have been in my basket from a previous search and really didn't property check before pressing pay for 2 items I did want. Almost immediately I realized my mistake but of course it was too late the funds had left my account. Next morning I contacted customer services and explained my situation and spoke to a lovely chap called Felix who was so supportive and reassuring and said that he would monitor my order to ensure cancellation of the unwanted item and that my refund would be made. Just 3 days later the funds are back in my account. It has just been a marvellous experience and it reinforces my belief that there are really caring and honest companies out there with decent customer service people like Felix. I will confidently deal with them in the future!

Ordered the hugh wicker baskets when they arrived I was really impressed, couldn't fault the items, I only had a problem with delivery. Royal mail. But I'm impressed with the items. Yes ile be buying from them again.
